1. What this is

Deno MCP is a service that connects to your agent (Claude Code, Codex, and other agents that support MCP) to equip it with video and image production workflows. The video and image generation features run on generative artificial intelligence (AI), and the results they produce are made by generative AI. Your account is created with a single Google sign-in. Your agent connects after you register the connection URL and approve it once by signing in with Google (tools that cannot open a sign-in window connect with an access key created on the account page). These terms are an agreement between DenoMCP (디노엠씨피, “we” below) and you, the user of the service.

Deno MCP is only for people aged 19 or older. The first time you sign in, we ask you once to confirm that you are 19 or older; until you confirm, you cannot generate, pay, or connect an agent. If you tell us you are under 19, we delete your sign-up information right away. If we find that someone under 19 has signed up or paid, we stop the account and refund the payments after checking.

2. Pricing and credits

3. Refunds and cancellation

4. Credit validity

The usage period and refundable period of topped-up credits are limited to within 1 year from the time of payment. Paid credits can be used for 1 year from the top-up date, and we notify you by email 30 days before they expire. When the usage period ends, any remaining paid credits expire, and refunds under Section 3 can be requested only within the usage period. The validity of free credits is announced when they are granted.

5. Generation models and your results

6. Storage

Reference materials are kept until you delete them or close your account. Total reference upload storage is limited to 1GB for accounts without a paid top-up history, or 100GB for accounts with one. Daily uploads are limited to 2GB and 20GB respectively, resetting at midnight in Korea. Duplicate uploads of the same file are not counted twice; deleting a file does not reset that day’s uploaded amount. Reaching the limit restricts new uploads, while downloads and deletion remain available. Materials used by an active job can be deleted after the job finishes.

Generated results are retained for 30 days without a paid top-up history, or 180 days with one. Reference storage limits do not shorten these periods. Existing accounts above a new limit receive a cleanup period, and existing materials are not automatically deleted solely for exceeding the limit. Storage uses 1GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes.

Closing your account

On the account page, you can choose deletion now or in 7 days. Service access and agent connections stop when you request closure. If you choose 7 days, you can restore the account before the displayed deletion time; agents must then be reconnected. Choosing immediate deletion or reaching the recovery deadline makes the closure irreversible.

Request a refund for unused paid credits first. Active generation jobs, payments and refunds finish before deletion; only the materials needed for those processes are kept until they settle. Remaining free credits expire upon closure. Legally required transaction, dispute and closure confirmation records are retained separately under the Privacy Policy.

7. Using the know-how and workflows

The working methods, guideline documents, prompt-writing methods, and workflows provided by Deno MCP may be freely used, modified, and redistributed on condition that you credit the source.

8. What not to do

What you make with Deno MCP is up to you. However, please observe the following.

9. Changes to and shutdown of the service

Features and models may be added or removed without notice. If we shut down the entire service, we will notify you 30 days in advance and refund all remaining paid credits in full, with no fee.

10. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee the quality of generated results or their fitness for a particular purpose; for failures, not charging for failed jobs is our remedy. If you suffer damage due to our fault, our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you have paid us.

11. Changes to these terms and disputes

When we change these terms, we announce the changes and their effective date on the site. Changes unfavorable to you are announced on the site and by email 30 days before they take effect; changes that are not unfavorable to you, such as adding a payment method, take effect on the day they are announced. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve any dispute through support@denomcp.com, and consumers may apply for mediation to a dispute mediation body such as the Korea Consumer Agency.
